The Inland Revenue Department is eyeing overseas student loan defaulters and auditing cryptocurrency traders after warning it would take a more robust enforcement approach.  Andrew Stott, the lead of the Inland Revenue Department's (IRD) compliance engagement programme, told BusinessDesk it had been collecting information from "all the New Zealand crypto exchanges".  "We've identified those people who appear to have the highest value trades there.
