Du Val founders Charlotte and Kenyon Clarke have been granted leave to appeal a court order that they front up for an interview with the receivers, PwC.Justice Jane Anderson said the appeal concerns “at the least an arguable issue of law,” that had not previously been considered by the Court of Appeal.“The issues raised by the proposed appeal are of sufficient general or public importance to warrant the delay of an interlocutory appeal,” Justice Anderson said, in a decision made on Friday and released on Monday night tha...
